You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free.
- Email hello@lucee.co.uk with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll send you a prepaid DHL returns label.
- Pack the items unworn, with tags attached, and drop the parcel at your nearest DHL service point.
International
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@lucee.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a DHL returns label. Return postage is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within six months, email hello@lucee.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a prepaid DHL label, and once we've received the item, we'll replace it or give you a full refund, including the original delivery cost.
Within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund instead of a replacement.
This doesn't cover normal wear and tear, or damage from washing that doesn't follow the care label.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
